Q. How will treatment get paid for?
A. The at-fault driver’s insurance pays for bills in one lump sum at the end of treatment. We help you utilize available coverage, i.e. medical payments coverage, health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and liens until the at-fault driver’s insurance pays.
Q. What is the fastest way to get property damage claims paid?
A. The at-fault driver’s insurance is responsible for your property damage. It may be quicker to go through your insurance. Once the property damage is fixed and paid for, your insurance recovers the deductible from the at-fault carrier and reimburses you.
Q. What is the timeline for my case?
A. Timeline for settlement varies on a case by case basis. The time frame depends on the duration of medical treatment.
Q. What is the timeline for my case?
A. Once treatment is concluded and all medical records are collected, we send all of the pertinent information to the at-fault driver’s insurance company and give them about 30-45 days to perform the claim evaluation.

A. Depending on whether the insurance evaluation is fair or not also affects the case timeline. We will never rush you into settling your case. We want to make sure everything is included, including potential future treatment.
