A: The at-fault driver’s insurance will pay for bills in one lump sum at the end of treatment. We help you utilize all available coverage, i.e. medical payments coverage, health insurance, medicare, medicaid, and liens until the at-fault driver’s insurance pays.
A: The at-fault driver’s insurance is responsible to pay for your property damage. However, sometimes it is quicker to go through your own insurance policy. Once the property damage is fixed and paid for, your insurance carrier will recover your deductible from the at-fault carrier and reimburse it to you.
A: Timeline for settlement varies on a case by case basis. Time Frame typically depends on the duration of medical treatment. Once treatment is concluded and all medical records are collected, we send all of the pertinent information to the at-fault driver’s insurance company and give them about 30-45 days to perform the claim evaluation. Depending on whether the insurance evaluation is fair or not also affects case timeline. We will never rush you in to settling your case. We want to make sure everything is included, including potential future treatment.
A: The initial consultation is always FREE. We get paid on a contingency fee basis. Once a settlement is obtained, we will take a percentage. If no settlement is recovered, we do not get paid.
A: Each case is unique and case worth is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to, type of injury, effect of your injury on you and your family, medical bill amounts, duration of treatment, and the amount of insurance coverage available.
